Animal Adoption Comes to T.O. Mall

People looking to get a pet this holiday season can now visit an animal adoption store in Thousand Oaks as an alternative to going to the Ventura County Animal Shelter in Camarillo.

The Shelter Hope Pet Store in Janss Marketplace on Moorpark Road will have about 20 shelter dogs at a time available to adopt at regular shelter prices on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until the end of December.

As well as small breed dogs, the store has some rabbits for adoption, plus information about all the shelter animals available, including large-breed dogs and cats.
