T.O. Burglary Suspect Arrested

On Tuesday, Detectives from the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff station executed a search warrant and found stolen property linked the burglaries in Westlake.

At a house in Tarzana, 400 suspected stolen items were recovered. They include 163 cell phones, two laptop computers, gift cards, rare coins, and narcotics paraphernalia. Several of the cell phones have been traced to owners in Westlake.

Neil Hefner, 28, was arrested at the house and detectives believe Hefner committed multiple vehicle burglaries over the last several months. He is also currently on parole for drug charges.
