Oak Park High School Student Missing

Tanner James Maxon, 15, of Thousand Oaks has been missing since June 18.

Police have classified him as a runaway and believe he may be staying with friends in Thousand Oaks. His girlfriend, age 13 or 14, may also be with him.

Tanner was last seen on June 21. On June 26 he called an acquaintance to ask if he could temporarily reside there.

Tanner is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 140 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees Tanner is asked by police to immediately call (805) 654-9511 and report his whereabouts.
