Suspect Arrested for Thousand Oaks Bank Robberies

On Monday authorities arrested 24-year-old Daniel Raaf of Simi Valley for his alleged involvement in two recent Thousand Oaks bank robberies.

Police believe Raaf, of Simi Valley, robbed the Wells Fargo Bank on East Avenida De Los Arboles in January and First California Bank on East Hillcrest Drive last Friday.

Raaf, who is in Ventura County Jail in lieu of a $1 million bail, is also a suspect in a bank robbery in Los Angeles County. Thousand Oaks investigators found evidence at Raaf’s home linking him to the LA County robbery and are now working with the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI.
